1. Information we collect

Contact details you provide: name, phone number, and email address.

Guided-question answers: your main tax situation, your business revenue range, and your industry.

Conversations with Marcos AI: messages you write in the chat are stored with your record so our team has context. The system attempts to automatically remove sensitive data (such as Social Security numbers, ITINs, or bank accounts) before storing; please do not share them in the chat.

Campaign and browsing data: source URL parameters (e.g. utm_source, Facebook/Instagram or Manychat identifiers) and a technical session cookie (lf_session) required to protect the guided questions and the chat.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your request, guide you about the Premium Community and, if you ask, connect you with a human advisor.

So the advisor who assists you has the context of your answers and you don't have to repeat it.

To send you resources, reminders, and newsletters by email, only if you checked the consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

To measure which campaigns and buttons work (aggregate statistics).

3. Artificial intelligence

Marcos AI is an artificial-intelligence assistant. Your chat messages are processed through AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate responses, and are stored in our database with your record.

Marcos AI offers general educational guidance; it does not provide individualized tax, legal, or accounting advice.

4. Who we share data with

Infrastructure providers: Google Firebase (database and hosting).

AI providers to process chat messages (Anthropic / OpenAI).

Calendly, if you choose to book a call (it will take you to their site, subject to their own policy).

Skool, if you choose to join the Premium Community (membership is managed and billed on their platform, subject to their own policy).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the official Grupo Marcos Ramirez channels.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

6. Retention and security

We keep your information while there is an active relationship or a legitimate follow-up interest, and protect it with access controls: only the authorized team can view records.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with the updated date.
